Employability Skill Programme 2023-24

Introduction: The Employability Skill Programme for Women Empowerment aimed to equip women with essential skills and knowledge to enhance their employability and economic independence. This 5-day program was conducted in Room No F1 and F2 from 26-09-2023 to 30-09-2023 by Mr. Suresh Shastri and Ms. Meghana, Facilitators, Naandi Foundation at St. Anne’s Degree College, Virajpet with the participation of 111 enthusiastic women.

Conclusion: The Employability Skill Programme for Women Empowerment was a resounding success, equipping women with valuable skills and boosting their confidence. The program received positive feedback from participants and we witnessed remarkable improvements in their employability skills.
