STAFF WELFARE ASSOCIATION
The Staff Welfare Association of our institution was established in the year 2017 to promote the welfare of the staff. The committee oversees the well-being of both teaching and non- teaching staff, encouraging their active involvement in the teaching-learning and evaluation processes, as well as the overall development of the college
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:
To foster a bond of solidarity among the staff.
To cultivate a healthy relationship and ambiance among the staff.
To provide assistance and aid to members in professional matters.
To promptly discuss and resolve staff grievances in the first instance.
To felicitate the staff for their special achievements.
To facilitate the all-round development of the staff for the progress of the college.
MANAGEMENT:
The association is managed by the executive committee, which comprises a President, Secretary, Treasurer, and two members from the non-teaching staff.
MEMBERS:
All teaching and non-teaching staff are members of this association.
ASSOCIATION ACTIVITIES:
The committee oversees the following activities:
Celebration of staff birthdays.
Organization of staff welfare programs and recreational events.
Coordination of farewell parties.
Arrangement of sports events for the staff.
Provision of lunch for all staff members on special occasions
