The Staff Welfare Association of our institution was established in 2017 for the benefit of the staff. The committee oversees the welfare of both teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure their active involvement in the teaching, learning, and evaluation processes, contributing to the overall development of the college.
OBJECTIVES
• To foster a bond of solidarity among the staff • To promote healthy relationships and a positive ambiance among the staff. • To provide assistance and aid to members in professional matters. • To discuss and resolve staff grievances promptly. • To recognize and celebrate staff achievements. • To facilitate the all-around development of staff for the progress of the college.

• Celebrating staff birthdays. • Arranging staff welfare programs and recreational activities. • Organizing farewell parties. • Organizing sports events for the staff. • Arranging lunch for all staff on special occasions.
