STAFF WELFARE ASSOCIATION

The Staff Welfare Association of our institution was established in the year 2017 to promote the welfare of the staff. The committee oversees the well-being of both teaching and non- teaching staff, encouraging their active involvement in the teaching-learning and evaluation processes, as well as the overall development of the college

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:

 To foster a bond of solidarity among the staff.
 To cultivate a healthy relationship and ambiance among the staff.
 To provide assistance and aid to members in professional matters.
 To promptly discuss and resolve staff grievances in the first instance.
 To felicitate the staff for their special achievements.
 To facilitate the all-round development of the staff for the progress of the college.

MANAGEMENT:

The association is managed by the executive committee, which comprises a President, Secretary, Treasurer, and two members from the non-teaching staff.

MEMBERS:

All teaching and non-teaching staff are members of this association.

ASSOCIATION ACTIVITIES:

The committee oversees the following activities:
 Celebration of staff birthdays.
 Organization of staff welfare programs and recreational events.
 Coordination of farewell parties.
 Arrangement of sports events for the staff.
 Provision of lunch for all staff members on special occasions
