The Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) is a student-centric cell designed to help students learn in a peaceful atmosphere. The GRC addresses student grievances such as ragging, sexual harassment, fighting, and physical altercations among students, as well as grievances between teachers and students. Overall, this cell is established to address all grievances of staff and students, contributing to a peaceful teaching-learning process. Any grievance brought to the notice of any staff member must be conveyed to the convener. The convener will arrange a meeting to hear explanations from the aggrieved parties and collect evidence. After listening to the parties, the GRC will seek an amicable settlement. Depending on the nature of the grievance, Appropriate action will be taken, and the guilty party will be punished by the principal accordingly.
